Representatives from KVGT tower and KLAS approach say incursions on the rise from transient pilots leaving KVGT as per Northtown 2. If flying out of North Las Vegas airport KVGT read the plate. Verify you are not using the Boulder plate which is right next to it. From any runway make your turns until you are on heading 250 then turn right on the 313 from KLAS.
